I don’t begrudge anyone from making money, you obviously know your stuff. However, this was the second video of yours I watched that showed me what only a fraction of what was described. The other was a running animation. you were just getting to the goods when the free part of the video ended. Instead of describing this one as animating a boulder, you should call it “lets spend 12 minutes messing with a gradient and making some cracks”.

Yes. You can apply a blur filter to a movie clip with a tween to animate from no blur to full blur. You’d just do that in opposite directions on the timeline to get the shift in focus.. If that makes sense?

Can I ask is there any way to have some sort of depth of field… I don’t know if thats the correct terminology. Basically have something in the foreground then focus on something in the background???
