Thanks for this video. I’ve just tried this, but have some Actionscript 3 snowflakes falling over my video, and when it plays back, some of them freeze on the screen part way through, and then are slowly erased as other flakes travel over them. Do you have any suggestions?

  5. SlamageEntertainment says:

When I export the framerate is choppier than it would be if I’d preview it as a SWF

  6. RunicLady says:

Hi! I’d like to say that this nice video solved my problem, but it didn’t. Rather, my problem was that I was trying to open my .mov in Windows Media Player, which did not display video.Your video showed me that I wasn’t doing anything wrong :p Thanks!

Your videos are super helpful! Thanks.FYI: For those who need to use this method, aside from vision lab, You can also import the jpeg sequence into Quicktime. (File>Open Image Sequence) from there it gives you a list of FPS to choose from and save! Your videos have helped me on a few occasions. Cheers!

I’m having a problem.. whenever I try to export the animation, the movie becomes choppy and slow. The computer I use at school is pretty high end (2×2 ghz dual-core 12 GB of ram) so I don’t think a hardware problem. So far I’ve tried to change the frame rate, quality, resolution, time, and computer but the problem still persists. The only thing I found that slightly helps is removing the amount of symbols on the main stage. Any ideas? I’ll try anything.
