Introduction to Sounds

[..YouTube..] Thanks man! One question though— how do you make the sound continue on to the next scene? Let’s say i have a long sound file that’s mostly filled with voice acting and i want to be able to synch it w/o the sound file stopping after shifting from scene 1 to scene 2.

[..YouTube..] @Nightmare4020They are fairly similar. Many of these features displayed were implemented in Flash 5.
[..YouTube..] @BooneBum you have to click on your audio layer, then goto properties (make sure window>properties is ticked) and set the sync to stream. This was doing my head in too but that works!
[..YouTube..] Does this work on Flash 6 too or is there a differents?
[..YouTube..] On My Flash Movie, my sound is alright it is added on but here’s the problem. When I press play and it’s on option “Stream” The sound isn’t what I had expected it to be, it’s a deeper pitch and all of my other sounds are deeper on my Flash. Help?

[..YouTube..] I have a question. I’m making a animation with music in the background for the whole movie. I also have a scene selection at the beginning of the movie. When I click a scene in the middle of the movie, there is no music. Can you tell me how I can select a scene and have the music start where ever it is in the movie? (PS sorry if this is confusing.)

[..YouTube..] hey, Im having a problem and its the only thing thats stoping me from putting my animation on youtube. Im using macromedia Flash MX, and when I export it and view the animation, the sound sêems to be off. It doessnt play in sync. Any idea how to fix? might be the codec?

[..YouTube..] @Reibekuchen111 I been trying to figure this out myself and I found out what you need to do. When you add the sound to the layer, go to its properties panel. Go to the Sync menu and drag down to “Stream”. Now you should be able to listen while dragging.
