Starting a Website with Dreamweaver

[..YouTube..] i have windows 7 and and I use CS3; however I cannot do 2. step as you do. I select local root folder on my desktop which I created for it then I select the folder but I don’t have choice button and I have only open and cancel button so i selected opened as i don’t have another option it say there is no items match on search…. these are very basic steps i just don’t have this button on my CS3 is there is a another way to do it. Thank you in advance.

[..YouTube..] @Nuclear793 it’s good to pay but there are also “free hosting website” like orgfree and others =) youst google it and you’ll find a tons of free web hostings or type on google orgfree and you will see the first one. But is better to pay if you need for “job” or … because if you pay i think the space (gb) is unlimited. for free in orgfree is only 1,5 gb see ya!

[..YouTube..] When creating a background image for a website, how do we make it so that the image fits on different computers with no problem. For example, a “coming soon” image is created for a site at a high resolution and on the CPU that the image was created in, it looks perfect. But on say a Mac with a lower res, the image doesn’t fit on the browser. How do we prevent this from happening?
